We ask our patients for payment for services at the time of your visit. However, depending on the cost of certain treatment plans, some payment terms can be arranged.
Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We may be able to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be accomplished prior to the actual procedure. Some treatment plans may require a down payment at time services are rendered; this will be discussed with you in detail prior to your appointment.
No one likes surprises, as often as possible all fees are estimated at the time of scheduling. We want you to understand your treatment and financial decisions in advance, so you can have the peace and security of knowing exactly what treatment will be performed, what the total fee will be, and what payment arrangements have been agreed upon.
